The Cityfunds app does NOT require accredited investors, everyone can invest in your favorite city. There are select offerings for accredited investors only from time to time. Accredited investors meet certain financial or industry requirements, giving them access to more sophisticated offerings. These individuals must meet just one of the following items:
1. Someone with a net worth over $1M (minus their home).
2. Someone who made $200K+ for the past 2 years and expects the same this year. $300K if joint with a spouse.
2. Someone who holds a Series 7, 65, or 82. You can test into these licenses!
