Rest assured, deleting the Cityfunds app or closing your account does not affect your ownership of the shares you have purchased. You retain full ownership of all your shares. However, we recommend keeping your account open to conveniently track your investment.
All trades submitted prior to closing the account are still active and you are still the owner of Cityfunds shares already purchased. Closing your Cityfunds account does NOT close out your ownership position.
We highly discourage the closing of your Cityfunds account which provides updates on your investments and information regarding upcoming secondary market and redemption program access. The opportunity to sell or trade your Cityfunds shares is expected to arrive in late 2024.
