Gains are primarily made through a combination of appreciated home values and monthly rental income. Distribution of gains will be made through declared dividends and any asset liquidation events. Share values are based on the investment's net asset value (“NAV”) and are updated regularly in the portfolio basis based on home appreciation and rental cash flow.
