      How do I invest in Nada through Wefunder?

      Wefunder is hosting a limited time raise for Nada Holdings Inc

      Investment Terms:

      Future Equity offered at a 27.4M Valuation Cap

      A Future Equity Agreement (SAFE) gives you the right to future shares in the company. If you invest, you're betting the company will be worth more than the 27.4M eventually.

      Step 1)

      Visit the Wefunder hosted offering if you haven't already to perform due dilligence: https://wefunder.com/nada/

      Step 2)

      Make sure that your investing limits are approved on Wefunder by reviewing your current settings or by signing up: https://wefunder.com/settings/investor_limits

      You can verify accreditation status if so desired on this same page. 

      Step 3) 

      Fund your account. 

      1. Login to Wefunder and navigate to https://wefunder.com/cash

      2. From here, you will be able to ADD A NEW BANK ACCOUNT via Plaid

      3. After you have connected your bank account, you can then select you Bank Account and send to Wefunder Cash.
