What will I own through Cityfunds?

You will own single-family residential real estate in two ways: (1) fractional home equity investments in owner-occupied homes which are secured by a lien against the underlying property, which in turn is collateralized by a deed (just like a mortgage); and (2) shares from acquisitions of single-family rental homes which are owned in full by the fund.
