A home equity investment (Homeshare) is a strategy for turning a home's equity into cash for a homeowner. Also called home equity sharing agreements. These allow a homeowner to sell a portion of their home's future value to an investor (Cityfunds) in exchange for a lump-sum of cash today. Homeshares are a large portion of the Cityfunds strategy.
